Great Breakfast downtown. The Med is an iconic Asheville breakfast diner serving creative takes on classic breakfast and lunch plates in a comfortable downtown setting. We’ve been operating since 1969 with the same cozy diner feeling mixed up with good ol’ fashioned home cooking.
