When you get off the tube at Leyton station, walk across the pedestrian crossing and down the steps to the Mills Superstore area. There is an enormous ASDA, Local BIG supermarket and cheap. You can get all the food you need there. You can also buy clothes and anything else you might need including all kitchen wares etc. Not that you will need them in our flat.

Very large and good value supermarket. It's best to go in the week from 9 to 5 as it gets a bit busy other times. Open 24 hours Monday to Friday. Saturday open until 10pm and Sunday open 11am to 5pm.

Asda have everything you need. 24 hours open Monday-Friday. Saturday open till 10 pm, Sunday 5 pm

Leyton Superstore (10min walk): Close to the Leyton tube station, you can find ASDA (food superstore and pharmacy), Fitness First (Gym), Subway, Burger King and other shops.
