This pleasant fell is a 10 minute drive to the start of a nice walk. Nice grassy slope to the summit gives fantastic views across to Bassenthwaite Lake. Maps are available if required. Just past the village of Uldale either do it before or after a visit to Mae's Tearoom & Art Gallery.

Just at the end of the village you'll find Binsey. Even the youngest of our guests can manage this gentle ascent to reach beautiful views to Scotland, the Cumbrian Mountains and Bassenthwaite Lake. Take a picnic and a flask and enjoy a peaceful coffee break or lunch. Plenty of free parking in the lane.
