For handicraft you can also check Pasaje Rivas which is close to Plaza de Bolivar, the entrance being on Calle 10 between Carrera 9 and Carrera 10. It is worth going there even if do not plan to buy anything.

• Pasaje de Rivas. Esta en el centro. Puedes encontrar artesanías a buen precio, aunque que debes regatear. Se puede llegar caminando desde la plaza de Bolivar. Hay que ser prudente, cruzando la carrera 10 se entra en san Victorino que es buen lugar de compras pero puede ser peligroso para alguien de fuera.
