This place really isn't very walkable but it's still super close and one of my long time favs. Texaz Grill is all about comfort food with no frills. I LOVE the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and a biscuit with butter and honey. The portions are HUGE and the prices very reasonable. Be warned, I think the salads are very blah. This is not a place for healthy eating but a great place for healthy appetites! :-)

For a true western experience, try Texaz Grill. Nothing fancy but the food is hearty and delicious. Famous for their chicken fried steak, they also have outstanding smoker prime rib, brisket and beef ribs. Fried or grilled cat fish and pork chops, masked potatoes/gravy and much more are hard to pass up. The daily specials are also highly recommended.
