C'est en 1986 que naît l'Académie de la Bière, au cœur de la Petite France à Strasbourg. Au fil du temps s'est crée un concept autour de la bière, accompagné d'une petite restauration jusqu'à l'arrivée d'une réelle cuisine de brasserie. En 2013 la deuxième Académie de la Bière voit le jour à la Cathédrale, puis en novembre 2017, celle de la Krutenau. On y trouve aujourd'hui une large gamme de bières pressions ainsi qu'une centaine de bouteilles venant d'Alsace ou du bout du monde ! Vous y trouverez toujours une ambiance conviviale ! Et les tartes flambées sont délicieuses. Ouvert de 11h00 à 04h00 ! Vous pourrez y manger à toute heure !
