This is a brand new 3/4 of a million dollar state-of-the-art children's park that just opened up a hop-skip-and-a-jump away... and it comes complete with a water park! One side for toddlers, one side for teenagers and a sun bathing area with shaded picnic tables and bbq area to finish.
