In 2009, Costes earned recognition as the best restaurant in Budapest and in Hungary, and this esteemed title was followed by a Michelin star award that Costes gained in 2010. With its kitchen now managed by Hungarian chef Eszter Palágyi, the restaurant’s tasteful selection changes seasonally, and is presented in 4-course, 5-course, 6-course, and 7-course degustation menus, alongside an expansive assortment of Hungarian and international wines, including some rare libations.

A quite affordable Michelin star restaurant run by a Hungarian chef. You need to reserve tables if you want to dine here but it is well worth the money and the wait. Let me know if you need help with that reservation!
