Olde worlde local pub within a 15 minute walk. Turn left off of the drive and walk down the lane to the end. Turn left, cross the road and take the next turning right into Church Road. The lane can be muddy so walking shoes are recommended. By car, turn right out of the drive, left at the top of the lane and after 400 yards, turn left down Selsley Road and Church Lane is about half a mile down on the right just after the post office. Local ales. Food is based on using local produce and Friday - Sunday only. www.royaloakwoodchester.co.uk

A traditional village pub famed for being the closest pub to Cheltenham Racecourse. Cosy with log fires, dog-friendly snug bar and restaurant.
