Italian in Sleepstraat. Open kitchen. Terrace in courtyard in summer. There's a Fiat in their display. Be sure to make a reservation.

This is located a bit further from the airbnb, but it is only a 20 minutes walk right through the city center, passed all the churches and the great castle. if you want to have a romantic meal with your significant other, then this is definitely a recommender!
