Rocky Rockport beach can be difficult to venture out into the ocean. Scuba divers & snorkelers love this secluded treasure. Everyone else (not so much) 15 min walk. 3 min drive w/ metered street parking.

Rocky Beach at high tide with sand at low tide. Popular scuba and snorkeling location. Check out Sunday night free summer band concerts that start at 7 pm (Rockport Legion Band).

Only a block away past Front Beach, back beach is the location of the bandstand for Sunday band concerts starting in July. The beach offers water access at the end for kayaks or scuba divers.

Easy access and lovely views. You can easily walk to this beach from Harbor Place - it is on the other side of the rocky outcropping on Front Beach. This is a rocky beach, so ok for beach chairs, but not so much for laying in the sand.
