Was a hacienda, now a hotel, but we go for the iconic bar on the edge of the Pacific ocean with the most spectacular views and basil margaritas. They are not always open to the public but if you flash some cash the doors magically open.

Take a drive north up the Pacific to a big beach to surf or have a beer on the beach. Climb the rocks to the resort to enjoy a cocktail at the bar with breathtaking views. This is worth the drive.
