HaiDiLao hot pot place in my opinion for when the weather is a little chilly in LA. You can choose from a variety of flavorful broth. There's also a variety of selections for meats and vegetables.

Can you get more authentic? Famous Hai Di Lao hot pot opened up in Arcadia Mall. Tastes just like China but will cost around $50 per head.

If you've never had hot pot, you've got to try it! There's so many amazing hot pot places nearby but this one is the closest and it's consistent and delicious. There's a bit of a learning-curve: cook your own food in the boiling broth of your choosing. Make sure you don't overcook!
