If you're looking for imported and western food ingredients, this is probably the best (and most expensive) supermarket in Samui. It's within the Central Festival Mall. We go to Tops to get the things we can't find in the other supermarkets - or if we just want to spoil ourselves. They often have some Waitrose branded products in stock. Remember you can only buy alcohol here between 11:00-14:00 and 17:00-24:00
