The best "cocido madrileño" in Madrid. It is a classic since the end of XIX Century. You will have for sure to book. Remember, the "cocido" is better for lunch, not for dinner ;)

This restaurant has been here for centuries. They serve the best traditional Cocido Madrileño in the city!!! You have to book, it's usually really busy.
