It's one of the coolest and more hipster places where are mostly younger generation go, in summer there is a free live concert every week. This place starts from the main part of Pärnu Old Town, so if you go there you can already find a next place to go. There is a lot of restaurants, bars and shops on the same street 'Rüütli'
