Great dive bar in walking distance

This is the friendliest dive bar on Magnolia. (Ok, so it's the only dive bar on Magnolia.) Features karaoke and ping pong tables on the patio. (Also, one of the few places where smoking is allowed.) They serve greasy bar food and pitchers of local beer.
