Only rooftop bar in SLO, go for sunset, it’s great. They also have a bar downstairs that I like.

Hotel SLO rooftop bar is a must-go at sunset. Seriously unbeatable views with great drinks and food. I want to live up here. Watch the sunset here, then head to Sidecar for some amazing cocktails.
