Just down the street... Donut Cafe. I don't eat donuts but this is close by and has very high rating from every person we know that goes there. They say they are very fresh and absolutely delicious. Coffee also available.

Best selection of fresh-made donuts, cronuts, croissants along with brewed coffee, wifi, lots of room to sit and ponder and on certain nights, live local music (usually punk rock) and art.
