(If you want a super market.) I recommend you try the smaller but good and closer alternative first - -Barons Market at 1347 Tavern Road.

Albertson's is a great supermarket for picking up groceries before your trip up to Descanso. It's only 10 minutes south of Descanso, and right off the freeway.

About a 15 minute drive, so be sure you have what you need before heading up the mountain.

This is our only main grocery store. Walmart is down the hill about 10 miles off Los Coches Road.
