Sometimes Nepean Sportsplex held events. But most of the time, it's for people to exercise. i.e Swimming, Badminton, Basketball, Gym, Hockey, Curling etc.

A huge indoor sports complex with pools, skating rinks, curling rinks, gyms, squash courts, etc. Behind the building, you will find a few nature trails, which are also x-country ski trails during the winter.
