The specialty drinks are delicious at Little Red Door, but the best part of this charming bar in the Marais is the old, Victorian-era duo armchairs. They are fun to share with a date because you sit side by side, but facing each other, so it’s great for conversation. The place is very welcoming and has a relaxed atmosphere for meeting after work. While the bar does have a “little red door” out front, don’t bother trying it. The real door is to the left.
Very unique bar. Usually there's a long line, but if you are lucky it's a very nice place for strange unique cocktails.
Can be hard to get into later. Small space, consistently in world best cocktail bars.
“A welcome compromise between Saint-Germain’s pullulating cocktail bars and the ultra-cool hipster hangouts of Bastille. Behind a discreet façade on a little Marais side street, Sherry Butt (whose young owners Amaury and Cathleen previously worked at Prescription Cocktails Club and Curio Parlour) hides two spacious long rooms filled with studded leather couches, huge mirrors and dim lighting. The space echoes the simultaneously relaxed and classy atmosphere of the best New York bars. Come here for top cocktails mixed by expert hands, and a distinguished selection of whiskies from all over the world...”
“Speakeasy - go at the end of the taqueria and push the door. Carefull its a very small bar!”
“Cute little spot with great atmosphere, amazing decor and friendly people. There is always a different art expo going on in there. Lots of character”
“Because it's very close to our flat (same street) & their cocktails are good”
