Cuerno is up there with the big hitters for the quality of food and service. The menu is a nice combination of Mexican classics and creative takes on traditional Mexican dishes. The aguachile here is by far the best I’ve ever eaten. The sauce remains quite traditional, but the real surprise is the fried shrimp heads filled with chicharron. It was such a delight to eat.
