Shelter Island is where the big sport fishing boats are docked, home to Humphrey's concerts, the Bali Hai and best fish market in San Diego, Point Loma Seafoods.

Right next to the Shelter Island Pier is another small but nice playground for kids. It is also nice for a walk with nice views.
