This is a highly reputable company and we recommend using them, or Vermont River Runners for any kayaking or tubing experiences. There are several local companies that receive mixed reviews- don't take any chances on your good time!

Since 2003, we have been guiding folks in this area to great destinations - whether on the river, trails, shopping, events- what are you looking to do? (Full disclosure- we own and operate the Long Lodge as well!) Rent a canoe, kayak, raft, or tube - shuttles available, and maybe a bike or two. Located adjacent to the Battenkill State Forest, a punchy 5 mile round trip trail is in our back yard. Other hiking options in the area also available.

Contact Battenkill Outdoors just across the border in Cambridge, NY, or Big Big on The Battenkill in Arlington which is a smaller outfit and try to reserve in advance if you can. Hot weekends can be crowded but regardless if the river is running you will have a blast!
