CBGB is the definition of a DIVE bar. A neighborhood staple. CASH ONLY. Darts and shuffle board. Sometimes they have live music. Patio outside in front and back. Make sure to ask the bartender- Matt, Roxanna or Tazu for a "Sandanista" (a spicy tequila shot) or a Verling (a special vodka/soda concoction).
