Simplified Italian place. They make about eight pasta options and you just order a big ole bowl of pasta for $15-18. They obviously have wine and drink options and there are a couple antipasto options as well.

Our favorite pasta in the District. Great neighborhood spot in Adams Morgan with attentive service and delicious food (go-tos are the a la vodka with chicken and the boar ragu, which is usually on special). They also have a stand at Union Market if you are in that part of town!
