Your nearest train station, within 10 minutes walk from your accommodation, with central Hove within 3 minutes train journey and Central Brighton in less than 10 minutes. Gatwick airport 45 minutes away. Trains stop less frequently here, but with Google maps you can see the timetable. Recommended if you don't want to drive into town and pay hefty parking fees.
