Unique traditional specialties of island of Pag, such as Pag cheese, a hard cheese made from the milk of the local sheep, a lamb seasoned with sage and other local spice, and one of the best wines in Croatia.

A small family luxury hotel, hidden in the vineyards, is certainly the most beautiful place to stay and dine in Pag. The restaurant serves all Pag specialties prepared in a modern way. They have excellent homemade wine and olive oil. Holder of a Michelin star for the second year in a row.

Top quality service, one of the best places to eat in Novalja. The restaurant is part of the five star hotel, they have their own vineyard from which they make wine and serve in hotel.
