Beautiful tranquil bushland five minutes out of the CBD in the foothills of Mount Wellington. Great barbecue pavilions that are quite popular with locals.

The nearest hiking trail starts at the Waterworks Reserve and heads up the mountain. There are BBQ spots and nice easy trails around the water reservoir for a short walk
