Looks very unassuming from the outside and food is cheap but in my opinion it beats most expensive restaurants in central London in flavour. Stunning sushi arrangements (especially Volcano Roll), the salt & pepper squid and lamb chop are excellent starters. They don’t have an alcohol licence but you can bring your own drinks which makes the meal even cheaper. It’s best to book in advance because there’s fewer than 10 tables and it’s busy every night of the week.

This unassuming restaurant does fantastic Asian food and is bring your own booze! Go to theatre of wine and they will pair wine, sake or beer for you
