Oakland's beautiful rock climbing gym. A very friendly place to climb or learn to climb. They also have full gym facilities upstairs.

Rockclimbing! If you're a beginner they offer rockclimbing classes; if you're more advanced you can climb with a partner, try bouldering, etc. Also features TRX and yoga classes.

Oakland indoor climbing gym. I go hear frequently. They have daily rates, yoga, spin, boxing classes as well. See also Ironworks gym (same owners)
