You won't mind withstanding the 45º inside (because of the open ovens) when you see and smell the wonderful artisan and varied breads they have.
Visit Gleba, just around the corner, and try one of the breads by Diogo, the baker that uses flour made from ancient varieties of cereals bought from small farmers. Everything here, raw material, equipment, fermentation process, is carefully made. Some say it´s a truly portuguese bread and the best bread in the country.
