The Kempinski has one of the best spas in Bansko. In additional to massages, they have an indoor and out door pool, ice room, outdoor jacuzzi, several saunas and more. In addition to booking spa services, you will be asked to come by in advance to make a deposit. But it is worth it.

You can buy a day-ticket to their wonderful Spa Centre with pool, saunas, hamams, ice-room etc.
