You have to go there and ask for some 'huevos estrellados' (kind of scrambled eggs) with whatever (chorizo, pisto, ...). You must do it least once in a lifetime!

This restaurant will offer the tipical dishes of Madrid. You can have suckling lamb o "los huevos rotos". Any dish here is art.... Their speciality meat, fish and wine. Delicious
