パタヤ のフラッグシップホテル。通常はヒルトンは最上級ではないが、フォーシーズンズやグランドハイアット、Wホテルなどが存在しないここパタヤでは中心地にあるセントラルフェスティバル直結のヒルトンがベスト。 マリオットグループではルネッサンスリゾート＆スパがパタヤ にあるが、市内中心部でなくプラタムナックの丘ジョムティエン方向にある。 ヒルトンでのおすすめはルーフトップバーと15階のレストラン「Edge」の週末ブランチブッフェと平日ディナーブッフェ。朝食ブッフェも同じレストランだが、朝食ブッフェに比べ、ブランチやディナーブッフェではステーキやBBQなどの肉の種類や生牡蠣やブイヤベースなど魚介の料理が圧倒的に充実している。

During weekdays the best (and affordable!) lunch buffet in town. Beside is Central Plaza, the best Shopping Mal in Pattaya.

Horizon Rooftop Restaurant and Bar // This is a rooftop bar located on the 34th floor of the Hilton hotel, great view overlooking Pattaya city and the long coastline of Pattaya beach. Because of the view and good atmosphere, it always hard to find a table during the weekend. Also from 17:00 to 19:00 there's usually a cocktail promotion like "buy one get one free". Drinks are not expensive, similar to the other bars and club in town. Generally, it's a good place for 2 love birds to spend some romantic time.
