My dad found this place, and we never miss a chance to go there! It is a true local, forget about getting a menu, the mother decides with her twin daughter what will be done on the day based on their fresh and local products. The mother is in the kitchen, you can sometimes when she is taking care of the BBQ in the courtyard otherwise her 2 twin daughters take care of all ... An advise for this place be there at 12 o’clock sharp, even 11h55 it gets full by locals very quickly... No booking

The place is run by a family. That is precisely the feeling you get when you eat there. The portuguese food is delicious! It is becoming so popular that it was necessary to make reservation for dinner but for lunch is not a mandatory. The family who run and operate the restaurant are efficient and quick, yet still remain friendly and helpful. They don't even have a storefront sign! But the all locals know it and make a bee line here every evening, with good reason. Very friendly, warm, and inviting atmosphere.

Very nice restaurant with typical portuguese food and low prices (the menu changes every day according to what the cooker finds in the market). Highly recommended. Closes at Mondays.
