Our son has chosen the cheese for us to sample since he could barely see over the counter. The Valdeon is our favorite blue. Drizzle some Temecula Honey and sprinkle some pecans over it and eat it with green apples. SOO GOOD! Shawna makes amazing cheese platters. Give her a call to have her make one for your party.
