Shi Yue Tian claypot rice is cooked with no ordinary gas burners but instead with traditional clay charcoal stoves. The nice aromas from the ingredients and gravy are slowly simmered to perfection and sealed inside the claypot with low fired heat of charcoal stove.

Twenty years of legacy sits behind this restaurant, a popular spot for claypot chicken rice that has attracted media attention. Each claypot is made to order and cooked using charcoal in order to produce the fragrant chicken rice. Bits of salted fish are added to enhance the fragrance.
