Roy's is quite the local icon! Rarely off the beach at Bardsea, queues are a regular occurance. Look for the yellow and white van. Try the Blackcurrant and Licorice... or one of the other 22 flavours... As recommended by Hairy Biker Dave Myers.

It’s a bit iconic to the locals - and a must visit for lovers of ice cream! It’s easy to park at the Kadampa Temple and walk along the coast to Roys and reward yourself with and ice cream before walking back

Of the two ice-cream shops at Bardsea, Roy's is by far the most popular with locals. Loads of flavours! Get an ice cream and take in the views across Morecambe Bay.
