3 mins drive from house. Lovely parkland, bushwalks, views, picnicking. Can walk from Belmont end to Valentine. Lovely path and trails through the park at Green point. Lovely little stone beach and waterfront for paddling and swimming. Lovely view of lake. Large jetty down the path for views or fishing.

dog friendy area, parking, access to 6km walking track (no dogs, but locals walk dogs there often), beautiful and quiet.
