A great way to get out, be active and enjoy a mix of scenic northern Michigan and neighborhoods. Biking, jogging, rollerblading and walking are perfect in the summer and cross country skiing or snowshoeing in the winter. Our fav for a day of biking is the trail out to Suttons Bay; head out there for lunch at Martha’s Leelanau Table or Hop Lot!

The Tart Trail stretches from Sutton’s Bay to Acme for biking enthusiasts, or families. It’s a beautiful ride!

Bring your bike! The TART trail goes out to Sutton's Bay and you'll never find a more beautiful bike trail.

Paved biking and walking path connecting Sutton's Bay all the way to downtown Traverse City. It is a reused rail trail, so there aren't significant hills, a much easier ride into TC!
