Combine a visit to the beach with a visit to the castle on the headland - stunning views up the Towy estuary and out into the bay. Only 12 miles from the farm - easy to find with good car park on the edge of the beach. Lovely walks along the beach and around the headland (at low tide!) and a for the more energetic a walk to the castle. Dogs are permitted on one part of the beach throughout the year.

Our favorite beach, after Carmarthen Bay of course . Two free car parks, toilets & dogs allowed on the best part of the beach (under the castle). You can walk to the castle from the far car park. Cafe & kiosk in summer months.
