Beautifull park to walk or relax. There is a small restaurant called "Zondag" in the middle of the park where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Very nice park. In summer people enjoy the sun or shadow, children play, joggers run and people sit and enjoy. In winter when there is snow and ice the ponds are used for skating and the 'hills' are used for sledding.

One of the bigger parks in Groningen. You'll find that a lot of people go out for a exercise here or just to relax. In summer people barbecue on the wide lawns.

Definitely a must see! Great for a stroll or a run. Some nature in the midst of the city. On sunny days it’s always ‘packed’ with sun-seekers. Although summer holidays are usually a little bit quieter, since lots of students leave for their home town or even their home country (lots of international students). Even in winter this is a very popular spot for people to work-out together and parents and kids because of the playgrounds in the park. It’s just a beautiful place.
