Its right in the neighborhood, an easy 6 minute walk, or 1 minute drive, this place has coffee, espresso drinks, baked goods and sandwiches. More of a grab and good spot, you can certainly get breakfast and lunch here. Can be busy on football weekend mornings, but the setting is lovely.

Cool coffee spot a few miles away with good quick breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos. Located inside an old converted Texaco gas station, across the street from the Military Museum.
