Just a quick walk up Elgin. Sit down in the beautiful Confederation Park. A lot of festivals take place here near the Ottawa City Hall.

This is the park to visit for all of the festivals, including Winterlude and the Tulip Festival, and for a lovely place to walk, throw a coin in the fountain, and enjoy the pretty surroundings.
