A visit to the Discovery Museum is a fantastic experience for kids and the entire family. It is close by, a 5-10 minute drive.

If you have kids under 10 this is the place to bring them. Hands of exhibits encourage kids to explore Nevada's natural science. $8 per person over 1 year old.

The most sophisticated kids' enlightening entertainment in town. Science made fun and understandable. They also have really fun (but pricey) adult nights... check the calendar.

This is a fun, interactive science center to spend the day with children, but is plenty interesting for adults as well. Check on their website ahead of time for their upcoming events and admissions information.
