There's a lot of activities and places to eat, fun for the kids. BUT, it can get a little wild at night. It becomes a place where teens & young adults like to "hang out & interact". But nonetheless, it does have some cool shops.

Stretches 1.2 miles along the oceanfront from Pier 14 at 14th Ave North to the 2nd Ave pier. You can ride the Sky Wheel, enjoy Beach fare, hit some surf and souvenir shops or just take the gorgeous stroll.
