L'Alsace rimant avec vin... ----------- Alsace rythms with wine. Should you be looking for an estate to go wine tasting, I could recommend the 'Domaine Moltès' in Pfaffenheim. I am clearly a bit biased here since it is my family wine... but their reputation precedes them and do not think you will be disappointed. Should you like Gewurtztraminer, make sure you try their world Gold medal winning Gewurtztraminer Grand Cru ZINNKOEPFLE 2015 among others. They were recently certified as organic farming. Ask for Mickael or Stephane, my cousins, who will be delighted to share their passion.
