Big city fine dining in the small town of Etna. Local, fresh cuisine prepared with care and an on-site distillery, too! Housed in an historic 1880s brick building with a custom built 300-gallon copper pot behind plate glass walls. The portfolio of spirits includes Craft Distilled Boulder Peak Premium Vodka, Laust Sparrow Premium Gin and Stiller's Cut un-aged whiskey--available for purchase in the tasting room. The Small Batch Hearts Creed Bourbon Whiskey will be available in 2021. The full bar and restaurant is designed around the Mugnaini Wood Fired Oven imported from Italy. The menu includes locally sourced ingredients for wood fired pizza, lunch & dinner entrees, hand tossed salads, custom built strombolis & seasonal menu items.
